It seems Pakistan is still not stable enough for foreigners to visit without local friends/guides or security protection.
Almost all Pakistani tourism video that I`ve seen have , visitors are always accompanied by a local guide/friends or some sort of security unlike here where visitors just roam solo all around.

Actually they do roam free in all major cities and you can read that on Quora or see YouTube videos.

There is no “official” guide or anything.. but people do use a thing called “internet” not “Vedic internet”... to make friends before visiting to show them around...

Couch surfing etc are also pretty fukin old platforms for that purpose.

Yes. same principle.

What we have always done is buy about 200kg-250kg at a year and i put it in my storage shed for kitchen in large bins and let them age further. here because of such low humidity we store for around 3-4 years in stainless steel barrels and then rotate them. yes, we have very large family and lot of guests - that is why.

The issue is when when buying in large 50kg bags sometimes we are clueless on the brand except origin and type of rice.
