well few years ago, the so called islamic law, the hudud ordinance required women presenting four witnesses for rape, many women were locked down for reporting false rape cases and were charged with zana or consensual sex

Sir, I may be wrong but are you trying to bash the Islamic law of the land or trying to justify the Bhai's opinion, the constitution is by no means perfect (but true Islamic law is) but we have to make do with what we have, the Bhai's opinion is wrong both morally, socially and biologically imagine if all of humanity turned homo, humans would be wiped out in one generation that is unless they come up with a new way to reproduce....excuse my language
