The questions you should be asking is...what are your citizens doing in India? Didn't they get any gainful employment? don't they have families?
Who is brainwashing them to take up arms against their neighbouring country and why?

The man killed was obviously a criminal. But they did the wrong thing by keeping the body the way it is kept.
