If they are in Pindi then PA might have a bargained few for their use. PA needs at least a few hundred of these. They aren't necessarily any high-tech pieces of Equipment. Transporting them back to the US and storing them cost money.

Guys this is strange, normally they make their way from Peshawar to Karachi or Quetta to Karachi for ship bound transfer. What are they doing in Pindi? They are certainly not going to Pindi to be airlifted, plenty of air fields in Afg and West Pakistan to do that.
