Aselsan ile Tusaş, "ANKA-S Projesi, Faydalı Yük Alt Sözleşmesi" kapsamında 33 milyon 576 bin 675 dolar bedelli sözleşme imzaladı. Sözleşme kapsamında teslimatlar 2015-2018 yıllarında yapılacak.

Aselsan'dan Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'na yapılan yazılı açıklamada sözleşme imzalanmasına ilişkin bilgi verildi. Açıklamaya göre Aselsan ile Tusaş arasında "ANKA-S Projesi, Faydalı Yük Alt Sözleşmesi" kapsamında 22 Ocak 2014 tarihinde, 33 milyon 576 bin 675 dolar bedelli sözleşme imzalanarak yürürlüğe girdi. Sözleşme kapsamında teslimatlar 2015-2018 yıllarında yapılacak.

T-129 will have this system : This new flir is gonna replace current one on T-129 , new one weights only half of current flir's weight while keeping same E/O capabilities.Also Anka UAV and Ada-class corvettes using Aselfir 300t probably this one also gonna replace those specially for Anka weight reduction will be perfect.

Is it just me that thinks its weird though that the successor to the AselFlir-300T is called AselFlir-235 CATS? I'm thinking of the numbering - one would think that the later model should have a greater number instead of a lower one
