This is a good change or a bad change? Considering the role of ANKA as a MALE drone.

Generating its full performance up to 11500ft for German engine(150hp) and 20000ft for TEI engine (170hp). The effective combustion ratealong with generated power scale downs cause of O2 conditions. Turbo chargers feed the engine to be more effective on such difficult conditions.

Tusas Engine Industries (TEI) is on course to commence flight testing of its new PD170 engine in 2019, IHS Jane's has learned.

Speaking at AUVSI's Xponential 2016 exhibition and conference, Ahmet Dincer, TEI's programme leader for research and development, said that rig-based testing will commence in the fourth quarter of this year, followed by ground testing in 2017. A serial production engine will be ready in 2018.

Correction, we are already testing it for a few months now.
