Because it has no space inside. The front landing is retractable though. And Akinici has room for all the landing gears to retract. We just haven't seen them doing so because it is still in prototype testing phase.

Actually it have a 5m cep error, if it is within the 5 meter it is good. You are talking about 250kg bomb.
