There were some issues with CATS, once those issues were sorted the problem became production capacity. Some Canadian E/O were purchased to make sure we don't have gap in capability - drones with no E/O = bad.

However I think I may have seen some ANKA-B at TAI facilities with CATS, but quality of the footage was far too poor to make it out definitively. You lot check it out, is it CATS ?

I think that one on the right is the mockup we see at defence fairs..

I don't know the specifics, we know there were some issues with development leading up to production. Last year @cabatli_53 posted first year production rate of 36 CATS annually or 3 CATS per month. With the number of UAVs being constructed we knew it wouldn't be enough in beginning anyways. Hopefully production ramps up and slowly shift from 300T to CATS.
