DRDO has been developing the needed technologies ,especially for strategis systems in home since no one will simply lend one,be it Russia or someone else.

All the guidance systems have been repeatedly tested on Indian missiles before(pruthvi,Agni-3)
Propulsion for A-V was validated on shourya.And anti-ABM tech has been validated on the same.
