Pakistan is holding a full republic day after period of 7 yrs, why ?..What has changed in Pakistan that wasn't there for last 7 yrs?

Less bombings compared to previous years due to the ops makes it safer. Not to mention last 7 years had timid Kayani as Coas now replaced by hawkish Sharif.
