lolzzz.. construction started in 2005... even after 8 years it is NOT completed.. inaugurations are nothing.. just like Metro is inaugurated with 40% work remaining.. thanks for nit picking the word materialized and conviently ignoring other example in my post.. aisa jagna aap ko mubarak...
