PLAAF has deployed J10 C fighter jets & Z 10 attack helicopters near India border at Sikkim a few kilometers away. Image shows 4 J10c but looking at the tarmac at least 13 have been parked here at some point in time.

On the other side: Indian Air force Su 30 MKI mission-ready at Adampur Airforce base. Without political will which BJP lacks to deter China these jets will just sit here mission ready.
