This is simply what is police recorded. Like I said before 2576 is only from Pakistan Punjab, but if we assume that no other rapes happen in any other province of Pakistan, the figure still comes to about 15 rapes per million people recorded by police.

Plus it is well known that Pakistan under-records its rape as well, just like India:

So when it is this bad in Pakistan, Pakistanis should not be throwing stones from their glass house.
