A high-speed train carrying 198 people in South Korea derailed after 5 minutes of departure, causing at least 14 injuries

According to the Yonhap News Agency, at 7:35 am local time on the 8th, South Korea's high-speed rail 806 KTX derailed in Gangneung City, Gangwon Province, causing 14 people to be slightly injured.

According to the report, there were 198 people on the accident. The train departs from Gangneung Station at 7:30 am and arrives at Seoul Station at 9:30 am. The train has a total of 10 cars. When the incident occurred, 4 cars rushed out of the track. The reason for the derailment is not clear.

报道指出，事故列车载有198人，列车定于上午7:30从江陵站出发，于上午9:30抵达首尔站。列车共10节车厢，事发时，4节车厢冲出轨道。脱轨原因尚不清楚。
