A fighter is shotdown near the border

Bro, you can't even cross the streets without fearing to get shot in Iraq. Forget about medications.

How is any of this the subject ? if you're full of hatred against Iraq or looking for empty discussions then don't bother me with it.

Turkish media: The Syrian jet moved into Turkish space
Syrian media: The Syrian jet didn't violate Turkish space, and it was in Syrian space only...

both medias: the jet fell inside Syria
Syrian media: pilot are rescued...

what does the Turkish media say about the fate of the Syrian pilots?

so lets say the Syrian jet did move into Turkey for a small amount of time and distance, it was only to bomb the terrorists that AKP erDOGan is supporting and allowed them to enter Kesab,Syria from Turkey... and yet Turkish members here complain that terrorism is going to hit them, well thanks to erDOGan supporting terrorism...

Hey ayrian lion as you being more into the topic. Can you tell us about the possibility for ISIL to attack the Turkish territory in Syria, also the role of Assad at this

erDOGan himself supported those terrorists, and he still supports them, he allowed terrorists to enter Syria through the Turkish border into Kesab... the possibility of ISIL attack on Turkey for now is low, since akp supports them... and Alasad role in what?

I believe as a retaliation your president will play the terror card. Just like you guys did before over the Hatay incident and also Ocalan years ago. Thank to god we had some leader with guts at that time. It ended when Turkish gov't threatened Syria with war.

I'm having a hard time buying the Turkey story, it seems odd to have a Syrian aircraft violate her air space while at the same the Mig-23 is down under Syrian territory.

Let's see if SAA makes a move to relocate a few SA-6 batteries near the border in retaliation.
Who was selling it to u.

Not much a Mig-23 can do against a top of the line F-16. Add to that the much more advanded TuAF fighting machine.. well.. the Syrians were asking for it from a purely air warfare perspective. Not sure what the RoE's were, but here the Syrians should be more careful. The one with the bigger hammer is right in all cases... regardless of whether it was a morally right more or not.

Current aerial RoE of TUAF considers any Syrian miltary asset as "hostile", be it in or out of Turkish airspace/borders. Funny thing is financially we lost it. AIM-120D was a couple hundred thousand dollars more expensive than that Syrian MIG-23

Syrians have nothing to do with it. They're being bombed by these jets
