Since siachen is inside J&K, there is no need to take siachen's or any other place's name separately. It is all included in the package. If siachen were to be excluded, it should have specifically said so. Since it doesn't, everythings included.
Just digest this one rant -
if "thence north" meant from Khor to NJ9842, which was fully demarcated on the map, what is the purpose of saying this section to be demarcated in future? were they planning a double dhamaka in that section?
