I think you mean to say Ras malai. Rabri and ras malai are two different delicacies. Ras malai consists of a steamed spongy discs made of cottage cheese or milk solids and this is dunked into flavored thickened milk. rabri on the other hand is a heavily thickened milk till its looses almost all its fluidity and develops a body, that you can actually chew.

There is only one reason to travel to thailand, rests are just to hide the real reason.

true.. I can never get variety of thai food here... iceland has food research center in thailand where they make new recepe (usually fast food)..

Tasted one or two of them but not many but Lahore has now almost everything and as a matter of fact we cook many foreign dishes better than original or let say where these dishes are cooked

by 'better' you mean.. more suitable for desi palate.. right?
