The southern coast of India is where there used to be trade happening related to spices and other materials. Even Arabians interacted with South Indians long before they established an empire in Sindh.

Arabs did but not Persians. Unless you can call Parsis migrating from Persia "after Islam" any contact.

comprehend this sulla..all indo European languages are related.

When Islamists began persecuting Zoarastrians it was India that gave them asylum.

Indians kings also helped Persian emperor Darius when Alexander invaded persia. The relations between India and Persia dates back to ancient time long long time before Islam.

Id like to know more... never heard of such a thing... although Punjabis did fight for the persian empire coz they were a part of it... which "indian" king do you talk off?

Zoroastrians are people of the book and the immigration to India was mainly limited to Gujarat and Sindh and some in Bombay and the numbers of Zoroastrians who immigrated was not in large numbers , it was mainly people from the ruling elites of the Sassanian empire who immigrated .
@Nuri Natt

With out any relations between Persians and Indians how come they seek asylum here in India??

Persians used to do trade activities with Indians ..... The IVC sites in Lothal Gujarat have recovered some tablets and seals which are related to the trade Indias did with Mesopotamia and Babylon.

Ancient Lothal, Gujarat

There are trade and cultural relations between Indians and Persians long before Islam came into existence. It is natural for people who live in adjacent regions to do trade and establish cultural relations.

"Here Indus Valley ports were set up to trade overseas with ancient Mesopotamia and Arabia along the Gulf of Combay. These ports transferred products from upriver cities along ancient Indus Valley rivers to a nascent world market."

Ayatollah Khomeini's grandfather left India in 1830 for a pilgrimage to Najaf, Iraq (where Khomeini would later live in exile for 13 years), and never returned. Nine years later, he settled in the Persian village of Khomein.
As a result, the Grand Ayatollah Khomeini's father was known as Mostafa Hindi ("Mostafa the Indian"). The ayatollah himself signed some of his early poems and political musings with the pseudonym "Hindi," as well

Where did IVC came in between Persia? Two completly different eras, Mesopotamia is Iraq. They migrated to India after Islam came, before that we don't have any proof of persian contact with India. Only Pakistan.

Sikhi came to form in 1699 when Guru Gobind Singh formed Khalsa. Jatts and dalits started to convert to Sikhsim in droves after that. Before that it was manly Punjabi khatris passing down Guru Nanak scriptures and adding others things along with it.
sikh religion originated with Guru Nanak...ie in 14th century....
yes Khalsa wass formed by Guru Gobind Singh in 1699.....
both are two different thing......

I know the finer details which you don't. Guru Nanak was Punjabi khatri "Hindu". He didn't create sikhsim.

No he didnt create sikhsm. Read more about Guru Nanak. Bhuddha was brahmin or kshatriya born in Nepal. Punjabi khatri is different group, it originated in west punjab.

At best you can come up with Punjab, Pakistan. Only Pakistan region was under persia or had any contact since ancient times.

Can you please restrict your hatred to one Dharmic faith? Its now spilling over to Sikhi. :disagree:

Sothern Iran and Iraq (Mesopotamia) used to do trade during 2000 B.C and 1000 B.C with Indians. The assertion that Persians have no contacts with Indians before Islam is not correct.

Sanskrit and Avesthan have common words .. with out any contact between the two regions how is this possible??

India's west coast traded with all the regions coastal regions of Arabian sea and IOR.

This is Mesopotamia and it includes the regions of Iraq and Southern Iran

Gujarat and Rajasthan also have contacts, if we see the regions in todays context Mumbai/cochin also comes into picture since these are the regions which acted as trade hubs from ancient times.
