27 million out of schools

Its absolute GDP, the measure used in development studies is GDP Per-Capita at (PPP) just have a look there where does India Stand.

I was replying to Riaz Haq sahab's post where he was writing some abstract stuff about India's defence spending 'in terms of PPP'.

The point to be noted is, whatever India spends on defence, we can afford it.

KPK is where i am focused on! because now that PTI has won can it bring down the percentage of children out of school into schools!

what education reforms are introduced in KPK remains to be seen!

I hope IK stands to his promises and makes KPK the most literate state in Pakistan with literacy rate of 90%+. It is not a difficult target if he does good things and is able to form another government after five years so in total 10 years.

The term "brahmin" in my post references to the concept of "head", "top", "intellectuals".
