Freezing or dying of freeze causing influenza or dying because of cold caused cardiac arrest are all the same. They kill people due to them living in cold because they can not pay their GAS BILLS. The article is clear on that one. Go and read it again. Just trying to justify the method of death and subsequently trying to show it is something happening in other places is pathetic. That is what Nazi had done int their meeting at ACTION T-4. Carbon dioxide is ok and slaughtering is not, that is what they decided. You have to do better than that to explain this genocide.

OK let me fix that story:


3 asians and 1 white are stuck on an island with no way off. The Asians get to work: one named Korea building the boat to escape, one named China building the houses and tools, and 1 named India gathering food to survive. The white man doesn't do anything. Instead, he takes coconut leaves and draws primitive pictures on them. He plays with the escape boat, takes up the house and is a glutton on limited food. When the Asians ask him to do some work, he throws some coconut leaves at them and says "take this money as an IOU, I'll pay you back when we get off the island". When the Asians complain, the white says:

I am the consumption part of this economy. Without me eating, being housed and playing for fun, you will all be unemployed! I am the only one keeping you people alive! I am making a valid contribution to the "services" and "financial industry" of this island! You should have full faith in my coconut leaves!

If you really do live in the UK then you with respect are very naive. When GB went to war with Argentina the BBC were told to have a news blackout and not report the true extent of the losses. Then in the gulf war the BBC were again controled by what they could write and report. Why do you feel the western governments are whiter than white when they are clearly not? There are numerous examples i can give you when they have convenient cover ups. One example is the murder of Doctor Kelly by the Blair government when he was just about to give evidence regarding chemical weapons in Iraq.
The west is great at lying or covering up the truth.

No, infact I love UK. The land of Newton and Faraday. That is why I am against this genocide. And yeah, this is a genocide. Killing people because of their sex, race, age, political orientation, disease state, etc etc is genocide as per UN charter of rights. Nazism is on rise in UK as latest elections have proven. You on the other hand have sided with UK version of ACTION T-4, by saying that it is ok to kill elderly/ill people in order to save money. That is EXACTLY what happened at ACTION T-4.

Back to the thread. In the last 2 years heating prices have risen with some suppliers by 32% which is simply too high especially when in real terms peoples pensions have in real terms gone down by 8%. People stay cold resulting in subsequent related deaths.

I am serious. The heating allowances you are referring to were being paid to MP's as I remember and not to the poor people otherwise 24,500 people would not have been killed. The cold is not a murderer more than starvation was at the Nazi camps. Nazi defended themselves at Nurembergy trials exactly like this. They said we just stopped giving them food to save money and they died. You say we just started sending them bills they could not afford to pay and they froze to death. This is pathetic defense. The weather is not predictable either to some extent. True it was winter, but the temperatures were much colder than we were used to. Killed as part of austerity measures? I'm pretty sure the funeral costs would mean that more money was lost than saved. Anyway the energy industry is private, so the government has nothing to do with it. If people do not pay their bills then fair enough, they do not get energy. Do you expect to be able drive a car that you have not paid for? No.
If people carry on not paying their bills then yes eventually bailiffs will. That happens in pretty much every country.
Japan sits on a few tectonic plates, they know they get earthquakes and tsunamis. They failed their people. That is what you are saying.

Again a handful of people died purely from the cold.
