You guys put too much oil in all curries. It is tasty once in a while okay, else the cholesterol level will go up.

I drain it out after wards... but every recipe has a set amount it has to be cooked in. It's usually because of the concept of tarka.

99% of Pakistani foods specialize in giving the right tarka.

Masala dosa ftw....:yahoo:

I am sorry but after hearing Dosa, dosa, dosa from indian friends I had to try it at least once, tried it, its ok, nothing special, just another south asian dish with typical Masala
 
Considered the Best here in Chennai.

Didn't know it was a chain from India, makes sense.

There's this other small restaurant (more of a dhaba really), called Swadist.

I like their Masala Dosa the most.

Even something called Bhel puri and papri chat!

Just had Waffles :laugh:

Man I just love pigging on waffles.

Stayed at a hotel once (budget one famous for soccer dads and their sons for away games) in Seattle which had this automatic industrial sized waffle maker, which dished out the most perfect golden brown waffles in a couple of minutes. Lovely but too big to get back home :(.

McDonalds in Delhi has started breakfast packs with waffles and pancakes but they are not near as nice.
