If only bangladeshis took a break from gulping down lies fed by india and spouting poison at Pakistan for a second- just to wake up and look around you. Open your eyes for a moment, what do you see?
Aw men you got my hopes up for nothing. Don't be naive and fall for hindutva bs that those sites have anything to do with Harappa-Mohenjo daro. That is revisionist history because they desperately want to claim IVC, but only have piles of dung and cowpiss to excavate in their land. The confirmed...
Although the source in OP refutes this connection, interesting nonetheless. Some recent references please?
Have not been able to find widespread confirmation of this assertion. In fact most current scholars have revised it and now hold the civilization to be a natural evolution from local rural...
So far my impression was people who started Mehrgarh and then Indus valley civilisation were settlers from fertile crescent or tigris-euphrates region (present day baghdad-Iraq). But lately came across this source which says IVC was not spread or seeded from persia and central asia, but rather...
It was said that the Charleston shooter Dylann Storm Roof whilst extremely disdainful of Jews, Blacks and dark brown turds, was full of praises for East Asians along with his own Nordic peoples.
Sorry as much as you wish we were the same, genetics bears out the fact that people in Pakistan...
Absolutely spot on, Steven. In fact a fellow Brit scientist of yours had conducted a study some years back, can't remember the name atm, wherein it was shown scientifically through IQ tests administered throughout the world that performance of different country populations varied dramatically...
Now for the people of bhutan
Common folk
Elderly ladies at decorated entrance
Meat shop in thimphu
Traffic policeman at circle (doesn't it feel like northeast asia?)
Humans making an orderly line (impossible for subhumans elsewhere)
Despite lack of resources, bhutanese emphasize...
Do you think east asians have some disposition to maintain order and cleanliness both in the private and public sphere, unlike south asian people? Just a glance at the streets of major cities and even rural areas make one wonder. Let us casually examine a case wherein we control for variables...
Enough fooling around with these substandard gatherings and photo ops. It's long overdue that we as a nation realize where our natural sphere of engagement lies, and that is not in the cesspit called saarc.
We are already founding members of a bloc that is the most geographically important in...
Exactly. Anyway good riddance, our future whether economics, culture or kin has always been in central and west asia. Let bharat and their two-three dogs wallow in the dump called south asia.
Non Punjabis dont understand how much we hate turds of east punjab, would literally slaughter them given the chance. We have absolutely nothing in common with them.. they can create whatever kalu-palu-stan on their side of the border, dont give a shit. Anyway 95 percent of sikh are churas...
When disputes are not resolvable by two parties regarding territory or transnational issues, it is often referred to the UN. If and when one party backs out from their promise and refuses to back down from brutal occupation for seven decades, then an out of the box solution, based on logic...
Okay my patience is worn searching for official maps around 1947, best I could find was from some news bureau, and they show it broadly similar to 1909 version in east/northeast of the state.
But you've probably answered your question. In fact they probably did not update it, period. Afterall...
Follow this link, it is the princely state's map in 1931, four years after the date in your assertion.
-- Imperial Gazetteer of India, v. 26, Atlas 1931 edition -- Digital South Asia Library
To my eye, the map looks almost the same in terms of borders as the one posted earlier of 1909. Could...
I think it is safe to assume there were no territorial changes to the state of Kashmir from 1909 to 1947 whilst it was under suzerainty of Britain, almost a semi-protectorate.
These are maps from the Imperial Gazetteer 1907-09.
