Why the creation of Pakistan does not negate my Indian identity

To the rest of the world, Pakistan = Indian Muslims who broke away.

Take a poll. That includes all the world. Not just the Islamic one.

And have it on a non political/defense forum.

Cheers, Doc

Please do. The vast majority of the world have no idea what indian Muslims are. The perception in the West and most of the developed world is that Pakistan=Islam/Muslims + The Middle East. Watch any American program or Spy/CIA dramas. They always calim that "Pakistan is the most deadliest country in the Middle East".....................A lot of Americans and people in the West think that Islam started in Pakistan and we are it's heart and soul...........

Ok.

Take the poll. Then let's talk.

Education helps ....

Ya why not.

Take a poll on PDF.

Start a Times poll.

Either way you'll get your answer.

Cheers, Doc

A poll does not necessarily give you accurate facts. A Black person has nothing in common with an Eskimo regardless of what a pole says.......

Yes, I never argue with that. That perception is fact. As much as the perception that by Colombus that he had discovered India when he landed in Caribean giving that place the adage "West Indians".

This perception is product of the superpower of the world at that time. Britain. The British made India and then trough them the brand was exported via the medium of British power. British books, British interactions spread brand India. So when 1947 came about the perception was well spread and you know the rest. But then Burma also was partitioned from India. No big deal. And don't forget that was British India. Not Indian Republic. You guys have tendancy to claim the estate that included Burma, Bangla, Bharat and Pakistan as your "IndiA". Not so I am afraid. British India with British flag.

And which "Indics" are prepared to divide their India into three parts along language contours? Any?

I've told you the facts.

I've told you world perception and the narrative that is accepted as fact.

I've offered you an unbiased poll.

Anything else?

Let's rewrite history. And blank out 3000 years. Maybe that will work ....

Cheers, Doc

Burma was partition for the Parsis.

A lot more than Bombay and Karachi.

Immense wealth and estate left behind ...

Cheers, Doc

Here is the division of South Asia. Any "Indics" here fancy this to satisfy their "Indicness"? Gain Pakistani Punjab/Sindh but lose all of south India to Dravidia, all of Ladakh, Arunchal Pradesh to Sino/China. Carve out all the Aboriginials into a state near Sundarbans? All in the interest of "Indic" purity? Well?

You've simply offered the indian narrative which has been proven to be false.

islam ???????

terrorism you mean... there is lot of weird perception in west that pakistan is terroist nation. i realised that Hollywood has a big hand in it.. iron man and most other action movies give you that identity of terrorism hot bed.

their view or claim is not hot air. people who has pov like you bolster their perception.

Bla bla bla, more nonsense.

We aren't the same, we simply aren't. We are Muslim, we believe in one God. They are not, they believe in hundreds of thousands of deities.

We are Punjabi, Pathan, Sindhi, Kashmiri and Baluchi among others. These groups are minuscule in terms of size in Hindustan, where as they dominate in Pakistan.

We adore the Ghaznavids and Mughals among others, they brought us Islam and their Persian culture has had a significant impact upon ours. Hindustanis have a sharp disdain for these people and view them as evil foreign Muslims.

Muslims (particularly Pakistanis) across the sub continent are pretty different to their Hindu counterparts, even if they deny it.
Why you are proud Ghaznavid empire which is basically a afghan kyrigiz empire which occupied tortured your people and looted your land?

I think your mum and wife have been getting more alpha male terrorist lund lately that's why you are mentiining it again......

comehere bitch give me a slurrpy and wash my laundry. you might have to take your mava rotten teeeth out so my duke has got to fit.

I have observed those Pakistani Muslims who claim Arab, Persian ancestry are the most vociferous anti Indian and anti Hindu people while pashtuns are neutrals.

Rest of the Pakistanis are proud of Pakistani identity but don't suffer innate hate of everything Indian/Hindu.
and i observe that Hindus are so desperate about Pakistani and their identity and they want to have Pakistani claim Hindu ancestry most likely because of their low self esteem

Didn't knew one article could cause so much hurt ... Anyway it's better for people on either side to accept the partition and move on along the lines of two nation theory. I am happy that Haryana was part of Punjab during partition or else we would have been stuck with ganga jamuna nonsense like the folks in western UP.
