The term "better engine" means nothing. Better than what ? in what parameters ?

I manage a Program that involves Design, development, qualification, production and delivery of Aerospace products. Industrial production is just a PART of my responsibility.

I suggest you get educated, starting with how torque and thrust is calculated, first for a car and then for a ship.

No, but it is a one of a parameter to evaluate a engine.

These ACC never go more than 25 knot in their service life then what's your point being faster ship.
We evaluate engine because its a heart of ship which propel & provide electricity to ship. So their Range, Fuel efficiency & maintenance matters.

Viki maximum speed is 32 Knots. Vikrants maximum speed at ideal conditions is expected to be 28 knots.

Now I suggest you drop this foolish posturing. I do not wish to criticize IN any-more, you are forcing me to do it.

You are expecting IAC-1 highest speed without its first speed trails. interesting.
May be it would cross 32 knots or got caught in 25 knots in the trails.
