I don't think there are fighter jets in PN, all fighters ment for Naval role are held, maintained and flown by PAF.

The Mirages based at Faisal operate under No.8 Maritime squadron which has around 8 Naval fighter pilots and the rest are from PAF.

What do you mean by naval fighter pilots? Were they trained differently?

PAF trained pilots operate these aircrafts but are under the command of Naval Headquarters. And yes they are trained differently as their primary training consists of Anti Sea Warfare.

So extra hardpoint and improvement in radar range are fantasies too?

extra hard point...
i suppose there is a chance for it....
well on't know about radar range....:alcohlic:

The anti sea warfare part was clear, I just wondered why he said that there were PAF and PN pilots operating these, instead of just PAF pilots, but under naval command as you said as well.

These are all PAF pilots.. except that those trained for the Anti-Ship role with the Agave/exocet combo are under the command of the PN and generally wear orange suits for SAR ease. As the wing at Masroor also operates more basic Mirage varieties of which pilots are not trained for Anti-shipping missions.

Bandits also wear orange suits, its not bound to Sqn.8. All those PAF Sqn.s that operate over Arabian sea wear orange suits. and non of PAF pilots are under PN command and there are no PN pilots operating M-VPA3s. It is just because of their antiship role, they are a little different from other PAF Sqns.
They support PN like PAF support PA for different land attack missions.

Brother in Block II their will more BVR missiles or not ?

trained in sea surviability if shot down. their gear is 'orange' in color etc.

Don't all pilots have orange color on the inside of their flying jackets? All aviation pilots do...

Or do you mean that the whole flying suit is orange rather than inside?
