The range said to be 200km, what about CEP? i red that it is 5m

Possibly it is bigger than 200 km, Turkey is one of the signers of MTCR you know. We also want to export this missile, talks are still going on with UAE. Turkish defence magazine S&H claims SOM has range nearly 350 km.

It could be better if we can exceed 400km range of Greek storm shadows :) But that's not much of an issue.

Most of the time it's all about fuel tank of the missile so if we make it heavier or if we copromise the weight of the warhead we can incerase range and endurance.

I mean, it's not much of a technological break through :) important thing is CEP

SOM... the horror... the horror...:D

I guess it's comparable to "Storm Shadow":

Hell yeah it is, but we also have SLAM-ERs for this job. I mean TurAf ist way more familiar with zhis technology than you imagine. the important thing is that now Turkey produces it's own air launched cruise missiles

And guys, it won't be a surprise that the export version of the missile will have a shorter range than the one we'll operate so be cool. Our allies, -probably starting with Azerbaijan- will get this equipment in no time. :)

It was secretly under development for a while And it came out as a complete surprise last year. Just like J600T Yıldırım.
