Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid has been put under house arrest in the federal capital on Thursday.

This is quite shocking, arresting the duly elected CM of a province! That too such a sensitive one.

Had it been to PMLN run punjab police type arrests, 'chora kar le janay k chakar ma apnay sathio ki firing se jan bahaq' could have been the plan all the way before Supreme Court appearance. I wish that Pakistanis read every single detail and keep it in mind.
PMLN is not doing anything.. it is just a face.

The way this are being unfolded, even PMLN wants to distance itself from all of it.

When I say PMLN, I mean majority of the PMLN leaders, including Shahbaz Sharif. There are only three exceptions, King Kong, Drag Queen and the Monkey.

What will happen when our brave establishment is not letting Imran Khan sleep at night ..a dirty room with only " chatai" ..a 72 year old man. Not giving him food. .... his lawyer. chest pain.

Pakistanis should demand elections with EVM now.

The way things are going next elections, no one will be able to reach their polling station and you’d have Pajeets with NICs ghost votes.

And PPP would have a simple majority.

We need:
* Major Electrol reforms
* Independent powerful Election Commission
* Voting rights for overseas Pakistanis
* Use of EVM
* Law for EC to recount the votes if any dispute arises
*If MNA,MPA leaves party then by elections
*forbidden for MNA, MPA to change parties when in power, they must resign and win the seat via new party ticket.
*No development funds for the MNAs or MPAs (because they use it to bribe people or steal)
*Forbidden for MNAs, MPAs to spend millions on election campaign to make it fair for all
*party funders and funds/assets must be declared
*Party ticket holder assets, income, record must be declared
*Local government elections
*Mayor Elections
* Devolve the power, from grassroot level to top
*Create more provinces for administrative purpose, Like Punjab 1 Punjab 2 Punjab 3 or based on cities Karachi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta. No need to divide provinces and create more hatred and division.
* Register political party by requesting them to gather signatures of 100,000 supporters from all over Pakistan, this is so the political party has the experience to fight for elections and they're active. They need to work hard and win people hearts before registering for official elections. Another reason is people with less support register political parties and then blackmail big parties for money and then sell their votes. We have 100 parties.

Then go for New free and fair elections, the winner will be sikandar and the looser needs to work hard for 5 years to win the hearts and minds of Pakistanis, then come back to power via elections. We need to move forward and not get stuck in dirty politics and waste of precious life. Should the Pakistanis spend their valuable time studying, working hard to make Pakistan a successful state or waste decades with dirty politics, darnas, marches etc.

As per Army Generals, the center of gravity is military Inc. everything else comes after it, they are the common denominator and they keep changing their pick of politicians.

Nawaz elected as PM in 1990, first tenure, removed by the Military(president was used)

Army picked Benazir, removed her and picked Nawaz.

Later Nawaz was removed and Benazir picked.

Benazir was removed and again Nawaz was picked, later Benazir was neutralized.

Nawaz was removed by military, by Bajwa(he was just a pawn). and Imran Khan was picked.

Imran Khan was removed(by Bajwa, ironically) and Shahbaz Sharif(basically Nawaz) was picked.

So basically the Establishment/Military uses, abuses, the politicians which suits them for a limited time and pick them as eyewash, hogwash to fool the awam and the western democracies and later removes them, to keep playing the game.

The military keeps picking their PM's as in musical chairs, they keep changing them, makes sure no one is strong to challenge them.

The military should keep calling shots, they should be ruling and civilians as subservient second class, the gameplan, the playbook...so simple.

All this is based on what... outside of the apparent coups.
I don't think you have any evidence on any of it. Nobody does.

I mean, is he a lapdog or is he not? Noon also does their hues and cries over fauj and whatnot.

Just twisted whims and abuses rather than proper logic.

Nah PMLn is scumbag

They are completely responsible for all the crimes happening today. Same for PPP and everyone else in PDM

In our criticism of military lets not give a free pass to these corrupt thugs

In case you don't know,
It's not that hard for any political party to gain access to manipulative tactics based on feudal control that exists outside of city centers.

For example,

PPP gains majority vote from wadera baaz.
Each Wadera-baaz has subservient control over the population under him, in Sindh for example.
Those people under him have no say in what vote to give or what even is a Vote.
All they need is the waderas backing and they have all the vote bank they need.

You need a ground ripe of people who understand what a society is, what a government is, or just the basics of it all.

You are living in a delusion if you think that the people are actually ready for these reforms you've put here... which they're not.

This country has not left the stone age,
A powerful establishment is what is keeping it together, taped all together from all the cracks and leakage.

Maybe you need to take a trip to rural areas, in sindh, South Punjab, KPK, Balochistan and you will understand what I mean.

What you need is a heavy handed social reform first and foremost, then other things can follow.
