What's new

Lt Gen (R) Nazir Ahmad appointed Chairman NAB

Ok if they are very competent than why we are reached today in default position

I have big respect for our armed forces they should be given due respect as they guard we sleep but army can still do better because they are part of us and we are part of them
They are not corrupt and traitor like civilians.

It's people like u bangalis never liked pakistan and held them responsible for being oppressed by punjabi establishment.

The only decade pak developed was 60s and only war ur army performed better against India had been 65. It had been due to east pakistan.

U can believe whatever u want the history is based on facts that does not change on one's theories and narratives.

Offcourse todays army is nothing but a mercenary force who's history is full of losses and failed experiments.
Bangladeshi are like my brothers.. . Infact most agree that Bangladesh should have been a separate country soon after Independence..that way the two countries would have great relations unlike what you got after 71 and even today.

your own version of history ..

History very well states who pushed back india in 65 and how pakistan army got ajk and gb in 48 .

From not our own to our brothers, u got 71 bcoz ur 12th grade bastards thought bangladesh as a liability. Although ur only better performance of 65 was due to east pak. In 48 the parts u got was also due to local mujahadeen and not due to army.

From not our own to our brothers
Brothers just like Afghan or Arabs.. dont change the goal post and come to the point which are the reasons that Bangladesh should have been a spearate country from day 1.

.
well your language shows you didnt even go to school.. or got proper tarbiat.
the 71 war started after India stopped the the air route Pakistan had over india to Bangladesh by a fake hijack incident .So what do you call that?

in 65 we were actually held hostage to East Pakistans sensitive geographic location India didnt attack east Pakistan and gave them a message that they have no chance.. The borders between india and Bangladesh are the most nested and complex in the world. .you live in some other world where you believe Pakistan and Bangladesh could have co existed like alaska and rest of the US..Most of the trade East wing had was with the traders in Calcutta not West Pakistan. Their economics and security calculus did not equate yours..Now you can foam at the mouth but it doesnt change the ground realities.

There were thousands of Pakistan Army irregulars fighting along the tribals..Many got shahadat,., one of them is the first Nishan e haider holder Captain Raja Muhammad Sarwar Bhatti.
Who captured GB..not the mujahideen. the Chitral scouts and Gilgit Scouts today known as NLI (Northern Lite Infantry)
The conflict was managed by Pakistan Army in essence behind the battle field

What if the real pak military establishment all got (died)murdered during Ziaulhaq plane crash and then replaced by the draconian ppp and n league establishment ? The downfall of pakistan started after 88s right...

Gud make sure u take good care of all your brothers specially Afghans.
I stand by my point pak was made bcoz of collective efforts of subcontinent Muslims most significant of them were bengalis. They don't have the differences west pak had and still has which is why it is a mess.
As for my tarbiat, yes I have learned that when a dog u keep for guarding bites u either kill it or leave them as they are useless.

You dumb folks pick something and revolve around it since your rebuttal is so weak.
Brothers in faith doesn't necessarily mean you will have great relations with them.

Your jahiliat barks out loud ... Pakistans nearly alll major milestons and figures come from the west end not east.. you may go see how jinnah is not known to public in bangladesh and some even dislike him..

Like I said you have no substance in your talk and fuming to .reflect your pov so you are no longer worthy enough to talk to.

Since ur becoming personal I won't stoop to ur level.

your claim implies that they were part of the pakistan army. it was not so.

first it was a local uprising, led by gilgiti officers of dogra or british army.

secondly, neither the chitral scouts nor the gilgit scouts were part of the pakistan army, they were under the control of their respective states.

The conflict was managed by Pakistan Army in essence behind the battle field
not true. at least not according to shuja nawaz.

led by gilgiti officers of dogra or british army
GB had already fought the war to kick out dogras and by november 2nd 1947 declared themselves part of Pakistan..they became part of Pakistan army once the Pakistan flag had been raised in scout lines, a provisional government was established and Pakistan government and Pakistan army was asked to take over formally.the war happened soon after.

not true. at least not according to shuja nawaz.
Though i have given you names of shaheed and everything but let me put one more thing herr..there was no way tribals could have held AJK for long had Pakistan army formally not entered and secured the ceasefire line...

"Simultaneously, Pakistan National Guards were raised rom ex-servicemen and other volunteers along border areas to provide a second line of defence. By February 1948 Indian build up in Jammu and Kashmir reached five brigades plus, under two full-fledged division Headquarters. Our 101 Brigade, commanded by Brigadier Akbar Khan was rushed into the critical front to forestall and halt the Indian offensive along Uri-Muzaffarabad axis. In April 1948, Commander-in-Chief Pakistan Army appreciating the threats in the north along Muzaffarabad-Kohala axis and in the south along Bhimber-Mirpur-Poonch axis further reinforced the front with elements of 7 Division to halt the Indian offensive at Chakothi. Reinforcements were rushed overnight to Tithwal sector to defend Muzaffarabad front, 9(F) Division was also moved to reinforce 7 Division in Tithwal, Uri and Bagh sectors. 7 Division was thereafter moved to the southern front. In May Pakistan informed the United Nations of these moves.

By June, Pakistan had five brigades in Jammu and Kashmir together with Azad Kashmir forces and elements of the para-military Frontier Corps, holding twelve Indian brigades (with 4 to 5 battalions each) supported by armour, artillery and Indian Air Force. Indian summer offensive was decisively beaten and halted. Some months later, two brigades of 8 Division from Quetta further reinforced to Muzaffarabad-Uri front."

again, its clear that muzaffarabad was already free. army came later for defence.

GB had already fought the war to kick out dogras and by november 2nd 1947 declared themselves part of Pakistan
so you yourself agree that your earlier claim of "pak" army having any hand in liberation of GB is false. and, no, raising of flag doesnt mean that gilgit scout were serving under the army. they were incorporated in the NLI (hence the army) after the kashmir war, not before.
