Why so much hate for America lately?

but its the truth. which Hamid Gul said out a loud. Hamid Gul used different words( Way back in 2005) , but said the same thing. You think America should still keep on pretending after 15 years that What Hamid Gul was saying was incorrect? Or that they didnt hear Hamid Gul?
Who is Hamid Gul? President? Prime minister? Foreign Secretary? What is truth to you may not be The Truth to someone else... Do you think Pakistan and U.S. share perspective? Either way undiplomatic ways will not make a populace amicable and that is what your question was ... Did that tweet make Pakistanis more friendly towards Americans or did it prove their hunches?...

P.S. I'm out.

"Negative" doesn't necessarily mean "hate", though doubtless Americans who do hate Pakistan are included. (If you want me to comment on the meat of the survey, you'll need to provide the link.)

Typical, a zionist American yehudi belonging to the killer race unable to control his fiendish and mischievous ways had to poke his nose and come running to the aid of a another low life. Keep trying, you'll never succeed as the zionist yehud peoples are born to lose despite their ugly...zionist illuminati freemasonry...criminials always help and support criminals -

...Columnist Fasi Zaka in one of his columns suggested that the kind of anti-Americanism found these days (among the middle-classes of the country) is extremely ill-informed. He wrote that a lot of young Pakistanis are basing their understanding of international politics by watching low-budget straight-to-video ‘documentaries’ on Youtube!

These so-called documentaries that Zaka is talking about are squarely based on rehashed conspiracy theories that mix age-old anti-Jewish tirades and paranoid fantasies about Zionists, Free Masons and the Illuminati. Locally, all these are then further mixed with flighty myths about certain Muslim leaders, sages and events recorded only in jihadi literature and flimsy ‘history books.’...

You are stupid.
Nobody gives a damn about what liberals think in Pakistan.

For a Zionist Jew why are you on a Pakistani forum?

I just listened to a podcast on Libya.
In Gaddafi's days ( and I am not a fan):

1. Free universal healthcares. If the local doctors couldn't fix you, you were sent abroad, all expenses paid.
2. Free education to all levels. If you needed to go abroad for a post-graduate, the state paid.
3. Free utlities, gas and electricity all paid for.
4. Security, the country was safe.

Now the country is split into three, permanent civil war, and rape and murder are common. The Americans haved 'freed' the Libyan people. Same as Iraq.

With the greatest of respect, is the OP living in a cave?

Its the same in all Arab Countries.( i,e your points 1,2,3,4 ) Even Iran sends people out of country for studies.

But their GDP/capita is like 10times that of Pakistan. But Pakistan's economy isnt the topic today.

My Point was, Hamid Gul said that, so shouldnt there have been some hate towards him ? Or his creed? He used different words. but the facts he stated were the same. TTP has been wrecking havok in Pakistan. But He got a free pass ?

int out that racist islamaphobe dipshits are the real minority here and Most Pakistanis accomplished things here they never could have back home.
From my perspective:

1. Inadequate people-to-people contact
2. F-16 supply issues: http://www.stratagem.pk/setting-the-record-straight/pakistan-air-force-love-f-16/
3. Pressler sanctions
4. War On Terror
5. American interventions in Iraq and Libya
6. Islamic eschatological conditioning of the masses with sophisticated interplay of hadith and current-age geopolitical structures by well-known anchors (e.g. The Hidden Truth)
7. Anti-American narrative-building in Pakistani Talk Shows
8. Lack of respect for Pakistani contributions to War On Terror within US

I would say that there are both rational and irrational causes of Anti-US sentiments within Pakistan.

Pakistani public is not into introspection, bias-correction, and overlooks the history of Pakistani establishment in mis-managing relations with US. Whenever relations turned sour, Pakistani establishment conveniently pinned the blame on US to escape public scrutiny at home.

Declaration of principles

Congress declares that the relationship between the United States and Pakistan should be based on the following principles:

(1) Pakistan is a critical friend and ally to the United States, both in times of strife and in times of peace, and the two countries share many common goals, including combating terrorism and violent radicalism, solidifying democracy and rule of law in Pakistan, and promoting the social and material well-being of the people of Pakistan.

(2)United States assistance to Pakistan is intended to supplement, not supplant, Pakistan’s own efforts in building a stable, secure, and prosperous Pakistan, and United States assistance will be wholly ineffective without Pakistan’s own serious efforts to improve the health, education, and living standards of its population, including maintaining or increasing the financial resources devoted to such efforts.

(3)The United States supports Pakistan’s struggle against extremist elements and recognizes the profound sacrifice made by Pakistan in the fight against terrorism, including the loss of more than 1,600 soldiers since 2001 in combat with al Qaeda, the Taliban, and other extremist and terrorist groups.

I find it critical that I can bet 99% of Pakistanis would know know when this happened.
Every politicians claims on TV that America should give it credit for its losses in the war against terrorism , yet this has already happened and has continuously been happening.
I believe there has been a campaign of hiding these truths to promote alternative facts.

In fact the above cited law from congress is the very reason as to why the Judiciary has been so strong in Pakistan. Also probably why there hasn't been a Military government. I myself discovered it very recently.

millions killed in Vietnam, Cambodia, Iraq, Afghanistan
hard to understand for a guy name baapu but Pakistani flag

He's a sold out. If it was twenty years ago I would have understood but after 9/11 drama it is beyond my imagination. The guy is pathetically attached to his unworthy master.

Thank you I will take your 'sound advice.'

However, you ought to accept the fact that a zoinist like yourself having so much affection for a killer race does not alter the facts. Why would you even raise a question on the 'why so much hate for the USA?' Are you completely bankrupt in the head or do you work extremely hard at mental retardation?

Learn etiquettes in the world of friend or foe - the USA is an offender in many areas at best and your love for US does no justice to those killed , butchered for no reason other then being humans, muslim or not. Then to rub salt into the wound, under the pretext of terrorism and protecting the USA, the low life zionist Americans have thieved all resources of myriad of countries, occupying and enslaving countless of countries and supporting and assisting the zionist yehud killer race in every sense of the word ought to answer your question 'Why so much hate for America lately.'

Maybe, now you ought to see your psychologist or doctor or both and get some serious medication to keep your senses and emotional and phsyical tranquility in check.

I can assure you , 85% of Americans dont hate Pakistan. they really dont give Pakistan any thought at all except in the context of Afganistan. When it come to foreign policy , in the government there are some people who view Pakistan with concern. But again its not Hate, rather lets say its other words.

Around the world , I am well aware that Americans are blamed for all sorts of wars but nowhere is the attitude what its in Pakistan. I think it can be said to be "American has been plucking grapes from his neighbors garden again" vs in Pakistan its like "I want to make America walk on a bed of nails till the nails are soaked in blood and come thru the top.". Sorry for the graphic words.

But IMHO rest of the world see that there is utility in what America does sometimes and sometimes America does only for its own Interests. Thats what the difference is Pakistan is

You are clearly more blind than a bat, mentally and of course in the visionary sense. Are you even a Pakistani? With a user name 'Baapu' suggests otherwise and then so much leaning toward the oppressive USA? It's so blatantly obvious you're a wolf in a sheeps clothing - a zionist hindu - posing as a Pakistani, on defence.pk forum, trying his utmost to create mischief. Be off with you. No US sympathisers wanted here, be off shallow minded zionist hindu low life!

United states abandoned pakistan after 30 years of alliance and co-operation and has signed agreements with india our arch rival and existing threat. Not to mention united staes threatens our prime stratrgic partner and ally People's republic of China. Its was now time to decide e8ther choose china/russia as full fledged allies or make friends with india/united states against russia and china. We simply calculated whats best for the region and above all best for pakistan.
The day united states abandons the plan to create trouble for china and russia that day pakistan will loose all hate towards united states.
There has always been some hate for America, even tho I dont know of a a single incident with facts where America deserves the hate. Can someone ( even a certified loon like pathfinder or one of his creed ) provide some help.

what are the facts of hate?
specific facts please. No "generic" statements.

I absolutely dont doubt that you believe that. Read the text below and then tell me what that is , and why has no one in Pakistan ever heard of it?
This is a landmark Law/Bill in US Congress. and no one knows ? Im sure some people know but they chose ti keep it to themselves instead to forward other agendas. Im mind blown as to the stature this provided to Pakistan and yet some how Pakistan squandered it.
In recent memory there is no equivalence in foreign policy accomplishment ( and by recent memory I means going back 40-50 years ).

(4)

The United States intends to work with the Government of Pakistan—
(A)

to build mutual trust and confidence by actively and consistently pursuing a sustained, long-term, multifaceted relationship between the two countries, devoted to strengthening the mutual security, stability, and prosperity of both countries;
(B)

to support the people of Pakistan and their democratic government in their efforts to consolidate democracy, through strengthening Pakistan’s parliament, helping Pakistan reestablish an independent and transparent judicial system, and working to extend the rule of law in all areas in Pakistan;
(C)

to promote long-term development and infrastructure projects, including in healthcare, water management, and energy programs, in all areas of Pakistan, that are sustained and supported by each successive democratic government in Pakistan;
(D)

to encourage sustainable economic development in Pakistan and the integration of Pakistan into the global economy in order to improve the living conditions of the people of Pakistan;
(E)

to ensure that the people of Pakistan, including those living in areas governed by the FCR, have access to public, modernized education and vocational training to enable them to provide for themselves, for their families, and for a more prosperous future for their children;
(F)

to expand people-to-people engagement between the two countries, through increased educational, technical, and cultural exchanges and other methods;
(G)

to ensure transparency of and provide effective accountability for all United States assistance and reimbursements provided to Pakistan;
(H)

to take steps to improve Pakistan’s counterterrorism financing and anti-money laundering laws to comply with international standards, to include applying for "Financial Action Task Force" observer status and adhering to the United Nations International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism;
(I)

to establish a counterinsurgency and counterterrorism strategy to prevent any territory of Pakistan from being used as a base or conduit for terrorist attacks in Pakistan, or elsewhere, and ensure that madrasas in Pakistan are not used to incite terrorism;
(J)

to ensure that Pakistan has strong and effective law enforcement and national defense forces, under civilian leadership, with sufficient and appropriate security equipment and training to effectively defend Pakistan against internal and external threats;
(K)

to ensure access of United States investigators to individuals suspected of engaging in worldwide proliferation of nuclear materials, as necessary, and restrict such individuals from travel or any other activity that could result in further proliferation;
(L)

to help Pakistan meet its commitment to not support any person or group that conducts violence, sabotage, or other activities meant to instill fear or terror in Pakistan’s neighboring countries; and
(M)

to help Pakistan gain control of its under-governed areas and stop any support, direction, guidance to, or acquiescence in the activities of, any person or group that engages in acts of violence or intimidation against civilians, civilian groups, or governmental entities.
