I was wondering what language they speak in sialkot.

Yes they speak dogri in Northern Punjab but mostly they speak Punjabi

But there are many jammu people living there,so they may be speaking dogri.

yes,and settled there form decades....Many are recently migrated,and they integrate pretty well..I have never heard of anybody returned to Jammu by Authorities.
of my class fellows in 80s were from Jammu immigrant families...
Our family doctor in Abbottabad was a migrant from Jammu,but had migrated in 50s..He also served in Pakistan Army.

Kind of but mirpuri seems more similar to punjabi than dogri. mirpuris have same behaviour as punjabis
