i dont know much but this is said that if some one (international channels) want air legaly in Pakistan it should be a joint venture and for Pakistani public
Ok so there is some crack in the law..as for zee making partnership i believe that`s good for both zee and pakistani audience.zee would produce local contents, liked by local audience and they might give up watching indian zee channels especially zee news which infuriates Pakistanis most .zee expertise might help the local entertainment industry to produce quality contents too, if they are not doing so already. And zee might earn substantial profit by tapping into dormant local resources..

i guess its other way round, learning something from zee tv by a more than 50 years old Ptv would be a joke as we all know that beneficiary would be zee in the end cuz they will get profits, they will take benefit of Ptv's experiance of more than 50 Years of producing quality work......the only thing Ptv will get is they can pressurize zeetv to stop spreading false news against Pakistan...
