Nope. SAA cut off SDF which would have attempted to attack westward to take Aleppo and attack eastward to take Deir es Zor. So SAA cut them off at Tabqa after the US transported them across Euphrated by helicopters and took Tabqa from ISIS to set up their foot hood on the other side of Euphrates.
