xactly...The Gandis have little to no mental caliber ..hence they move towards short term emotional appeasement.
Shameful that the media portrays him like some kind of philanthropist ...where as in reality , he would have started feeling hungry or something and his mother ordered the arrest.

Right now, it's about cheap politicking only... Where were these politicians sleeping for the last 4 years, as the land was acquired back then..... Not hear of any news of arrest of any armed man though... UP is the biggest seat cotributor to Indian Parliament and Congress has been getting badly bruised there for many many elections... Rahul has been trying for a resurrection of sorts for the last 3-4 years, but that hasn't let to many dividends, as the current CM, Mayawati, player her cards very well... So, now, any opportunity is fair game!

Another problem with him is that he is a regular offender of security breaches himself... Jumping from inside of a security circle to the middle of the crowd or travelling to this village on a motorcycle, without any security... while all this may look good and make him look closer to his own people, he should understand the value of a threat to his life...
