World War III prediction and scenarios

[My-Analogous]

Team A : US, EU, Japan, Gulf Arabs, India and their allies
versus
Team B: Russia, China, Pakistan, Iran, Syria, North Korea and their allies

I am not sure which side Turkey and Israel will be on. So I am leaving them out.

Russia will take-over Eastern Europe. China will invade and occupy Japan,Philipines,Vietnam etc. North Korea will beat South Korea. Iran and Syria will deliver heavy blows to Gulf Arabs. India might be able to hold its own against combined Chinese and Pakistani forces in the begining.

And I don't know how the rest countries will fare. But I think nukes will be used mostly in Asia. Billions will die. De-population might help in the long run.

Team B will win. China will replace US as the sole super-power.

Don't flame me. I am not an expert. This is just my prediction.

First, whatsoever, India and Russian wont attack each other!

And, winning a world war wont make China a super power...! Today what China is because of US, EU and Japan...Chinese is an export driven economy and those countries are the key forces behind its success...they provide not just market for the Chinese products but also provide the technology...

Last, there wont be something called as WW3..all issues will be sorted diplomatically..you might see some mini-scale war in developing countries..but expect anything on the soil of developed countries.

i must say good selection of sides, and fairly good analysis of battle, though in team-b, you should have highlighted venezuela... and bangladesh, brazil and sri lanka might just join team b.

of course, one hopes that india gets a new government soon which will push india into team b.

china is presently nationalistic... one hopes that china joins in a new union with russia and the other allies in a new world after the war.

Russia can't be in any alliance opposing India.

India can't be in any alliance opposing Russia.

A more realistic scenario-

North Korea loses it completely and launches a full scale attack on South Korea turning Seoul into ashes.

The South Korean army backed by US forces in the region hold their own near the DMZ after being pushed into SK territory.

China decides to end matters and launches a full scale amphibious assault on South Korea.

Japan joins in to assist her ally and the US is fully drawn into the battle.

Chinese forces clash with Taiwan and great casualties on both sides.

Chinese overestimating North Korean forces end up facing more South Korean and US soldiers than expected.

Japanese-US-Australian troops launch full scale landings on Chinese coast.

Vietnam, Phillipines and others take advantage of the situation and capture island territory and send in troops to assist the American coalition

China sees its losing it and uses nukes

End of story and end of the world

Are you really an Indian ? You really want India to participate in a Nuclear war just for a regime change!!! You also want India to ally with with China & Pak just to further your so called socialist cause. I say you immigrate to some socialist country & let "backward" India be a non-socialist nation.
