There is no common set of core interests between Iran and USA. Sure they are not sworn enemies like they were in 1980s. The fact Iran and USA can work on selected regional issues should concern a lot of countries. Pakistan bargaining power goes down a notch if Iran is available as a transit corridor to Afghanistan. Even limited American-Iran engagement should make Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel, UAE and Russia nervous.

is there any substantial things come up through this visit, i guess not but rather giving gestures but i hope future belongs to this alliance and we need to act fast rather than waiting for things to shape for us.
