There is nothing to dispute in it. It happened and it should be investigated throughly and those responsible should be punished.

If they could be, then they would have been punished long ago or brought in line.

how could they be punished long ago when they are released yesterday and punishing too needs an investigation a proper one after which the culprit should indeed be punished.
