Did u guys lynch all logic in India? Or do u simply not get what the Indian involvement in Afghanistan was all about?Did India invade Afghanistan bcuz of Afghanistan's meddling in Kashmir? Did India support Northern Alliance elements bcuz Afghan Taliban fighters were found crossing into and fighting in Indian Kashmir?
Seriously how does this moronic thinking come about?
The simple reason India started meddling in Afghanistan was to create another front for Pakistan. Facing its own two fronts against China and Pak...it made strategic sense to divert Pakistan's attention...and instead create two fronts for Pakistan. Afghan Taliban prior to WoT did not allow for Indian designs to proceed...which is why when they were overthrown India saw its chance to fund the opposition...
...under whom India provided funding/weapons to anti Pak insurgents...be it TTP, BLA, etc. Due to a porous and relatively unguarded border...it took a long while for Pakistan to clamp down on this problem both at home and in Afghanistan. In the end though Indian designs have been thwarted...the Afghan government u supported...overthrown...and Afghan Taliban are back in to form the government.
...it is precisely this failure which is now causing pain in India among all circles(government, media, ppl).
Hopefully this basic elementary school lesson was useful...but I think it would fall on deaf ears. Soon there would be some other Indian professing how much he(and India) cares for Afghan women's rights or some other Indian delusion. I've seen retarded excuses ranging from "we care so deeply for the ppl and Pakistan and Taliban are evil" to "India has won bcuz Taliban would be bad for Pakistan"
