there is nothing threatening in the Bangladesh military buildup. Acquiring a few pieces of hardware does not make your military potent. You need to integrate it into a sound military doctrine and train your military accordingly.

BD air-force will ramp up to 160 4+/5 generation fighters by 2030 as per "Forces Plan 2030".
What you have in the region will be nowhere near enough to handle 160 J-10B/C, SU-30SME and J-31.

Edit - Just seen it only has 2 SU-30MKI squadrons. Once the 12 SU-30SMEs arrive in BD by 2019, then BD airforce will be stronger even then.
