I am not convinced.
I live in a muslim country and I know how ladies are given liberties here. Government sponsors girls, their education and encourages them to work.
More and more women are joining completely men dominated areas. And nobody has stopped them.
No religion favors gender apartheid.

I again repeat what is rule of Islam women should try to do job in which they have to deal with men less and same rule stands for men when dealing with women and if these societies are doing they will see trouble some results

It's a Man's Job to provide for his family, not a woman's.

Government has to enforce Laws ALLAH has said in the Quran those who are given power they establish the system of Salah and Zakat and what government can do is make sure markets are closed when its prayer time and issue orders to offices to take 20 minutes break for each prayer

It is you who needs to understand that Tafseer , Hadith , History etc . carry no significance compared to Quran . Quran is self explanatory and the only binding text upon Muslims . And this quranic verse is absolutely clear
