Beside the Crotale battery radar, they have other radars to cover the whole area where their troops are present..They have their navy deployed just north of Tripoli and capable of covering at least 500kms in each ...

Doubt it..The only jet that has that has a terrain following radar in the Lybian theater are the SU24...either Russians or Algerians..
I mean even if they saw it it is too far to reach and hit it. The 120km standoff distance is too far for any SAM in Turkish inventory. Either that or they used the STORM shadow cruise missile with 500 km range.
Export versions are limited to 200-300 kms and their terrain is desertic almost flat, it will very hard for those craft or even stand off missile to be launched without being noticed by the Turc..we are talking about a NATO country who enjoy the best detection equipments as other NATO members. Aircraft coming from Benghazi will be difficult to fly all that distance without being noticed...The one that attacked the base came either from the northwest, or from the West...The shortest distance to the base , and the area is refractory to the Turcs and to any militia.
That is known, but what is not known, if the Egyptian Rafales are equipped...France is known to be an Israeli lap dog...and since Israel didn’t complain, that means those Rafales do not pose a threat to her...and are delivered empty of substance like most the aircraft delivered to Israel’s neighbors
