There was no Israel when Islam came, and the world changes. The 'israelis' were hebrews who conquered the Canaanites who have much more of an attachment to the land than hebrews did.

The Palestinian people are the same Mediterranean people who've lived in the general vicinity for thousands of years. Genetic tests prove this.

There are 7 million Jews in Israel, another 15+ million around the world. There are a several million Muslims in Palestine, and another 1.6 billion around the world.
