I have voted England. The format of the World Cup is quite tough. It also depends on which team peaks at later stages of the tournament. The favorites are Australia, England and India but you never know, there could be a dark horse.

Do not forget. The pitches in early summer in England vs Pakistan series were unusually dry. As temperature goes up, the pitches and ground conditions will be drier. There is then no other team which uses those conditions better than Pakistan as Amir, Hassan Ali and now Wahab Riaz are very good at reversing the ball. So you never know.
