look this position is very important, its like a "king in charge" he can delay elections, influence elections, switch sides, amend laws, sign pacts, change policy without being challenged in SC or without approval of parliament (as there is none but he has the power to do it). therefore, the kind of person required must be some professional and man/woman of integrity who is a pure democrat, upright and willing to deliver free and fair elections on time.
