Do you know why there are so many Indian ceos and engineers in America and the UK? It's because there are no career and job opportunities in India and they all want to leave for a better life in a developed country. They want to work for Microsoft or Google, but not an Indian firm. That's called massive brain drain and the article addresses this well.
Chinese prefer to return home or stay at home because the job and career opportunities are vast and superior with so many local companies in the fortune 500 and the salaries are on par with western countries. This is not China in the 1990s. China now has companies that can compete at the top level and job growth is blooming. They don't need to work for Google, Apple, Amazon or Disney. They can work for Baidu, Lenovo, Alibaba or Wanda.
