Which Country Drinks the Most Alcohol?

A little red wine per day is good for health, even better than some medicine.

No....I think all Chinese are addicted to alcohol, the only difference is the proof. North Chinese prefer liquor with higher proof. That's it.

What? My dad cannot drink so I cannot drink either. My gene spares me from wasting money on harmful liquid. lol

It depends, I think, more probably on your personal habit, rather than family heritage, though I admit gene coherence plays a decisive role. They say drinking can be a training skill, just like other skills. By the way, my grandpa can drink a lot strong liquor, but my father cannot drink at all. And this is not over yet, my uncle outperforms my grandpa even more. I personally don't think it's harmful, as long as you are not an alcohol fiend. In summer, I always mix some Jack Daniels with coke and ice cube, low proof, and it also doesn't cost much, both on money and health. :P

Are you South Chinese? People from Jiang Zhe Hu don't drink much, same for Cantonese.

Zhejiang. I think I have already revealed my identity several times. Yeah, people in my hometown don't drink bai jiu at all. We drink Shao Jiu. Probably most people don't even know what bai jiu is.

I drink tea and coffee only. No alcohol, no pop, no processed fruit juice.
