Well, I know that I could talk to Pakistani people on here, but here is a defense forum and people are well-informed. This forum attracts a special group of Pakistanis who are well-informed about world politics, military affairs and international issues. I like to talk to some ordinary Pakistanis to see how they live, what are their cultural norms, what they think about Iran, etc... Where could I find ordinary Pakistanis on the internet?

Hmmm, try Youtube. But to be honest, the best way to come into contact with ordinary Pakistanis is by visiting the country itself because most of the Pakistanis who have access to internet are well informed. You can visit Pakistan when the security situation improves InshaAllah, and i'm sure you will enjoy your time visiting the place.

Well, I'm not sure what you would describe as 'Ordinary' Pakistanis. We have people from a range of careers and age groups here. You can talk with specialists, engineers, intellectuals, students doctors, soldiers, trolls, the lot! However, if you still insist on some alternate arrangement, join Pakistani pages on Facebook, plenty of mediocre Pakistanis there.

Here the members even trolls are generally educated people. Who I is things well.

But we are normal Pakistanis as well. We are knowledgable, from a wide variety of professions, but at the same time we share the urge to say bad to our pOlitocans just as anybody

But if you want to go lahori gate and chat with the gol gappay wala that's another thing.

sure..I am not an ordinary Pakistani..I am the king of Antarctica ;)

...............in exile.

I have sympathy for you, I'm sure your loyal generals will crush the penguin rebellion soon, allowing you to return to your kingdom and enact the newly drafted glacier ownership reforms that are the cause of this entire mayhem. Your majesty, you shall prevail, I'm sending in the bear cavalry to your aid.

Agha Joon - man hazaram dar khidmate shoma, If you consider me ordinary Pakistani :D

Well I don't live in Pakistan but you can count me as Ordinary Pakistani since I do not know anybody from higher authority. In my opinion 99% of the members in this forum are either students or well educated people in their respective professions so it is difficult for you to find the type of member you are looking for.

My opinion on Iran is, they are very good people and Pakistan should enhance relationship with Iran in every field and maintain relationship in brotherly-like environment. But at the same time, their government is strong, brave, honest but highly arrogant and stupid up to certain extents. They do not have a very good foreign policy and hurting it's economy & people in front of the world but they are very good in managing internal affairs and has managed to maintain peace inside the country despite having several powerful enemies.

If my opinion counts

You find only trolls on youtube as my experiences suggest. Youtube is one of the worst places to seek for people from a specific country I think.
I like to travel to Pakistan, but when it has become safer. I'm not a very lucky person in my real life, so I'm afraid I might get attacked because of being a Shi3a or some other unpredictable reason, but believe me or not, Pakistan is in my list to visit it one day.

I have no clue what the last sentence means LOL. I'm looking for ordinary Pakistanis, like the ones that I would meet if I come to Karachi, Lahore or some other Pakistani city.

Chances of being attacked for being a Shia aren't as common place as the media would have you think, though yes, sectarianism is a problem. However, to put things into perspective, you stand more of a chance of being raped in South Africa then being involved in a terrorist related incident in Pakistan, however, if you feel these are odds you shouldn't risk, then by all means, wait for a few years, we'll get our act together!

Please don't talk to Pakistanis, Indians, or Arabs. I'm honestly telling you this. You don't want to get a headache...
I'm sure you'll find better people from different countries....

Believe it or not, Pakistan is not near what they portray it to be. There's so many Shia's in Pakistan, that we don't even care who's who
But sectarianism does exist in parts of Pakistan (tribal areas mostly, Balochistan and the Northern Areas); the rest of the places not so much.
