Exactly, also the fact that we can build on it with out the need of altering anything alrady there.
Just keep in min the natural beauty and the necessaties for the people of Baluchistan and it can be developed around it.
Starting a Tram service in Faisalabad or Rawalpindi mean years of disturbance to the people living there while the project is being set up. We are all witnessing what going in Lahore. There wont be any such problem in Baluchistan.

Also as i said, if Pakistan is every to step up to be a developed nation, it will be based on Baluchistan!

No party has any agenda to make Pakistan or any Pakistani City as most developed region. No body has concept for Green Cities, Hi Tech Cities, Free Electricity Zones for industries, and so o on... No doubt Pakistani road development has went madly fast and rapid. And some how it also pushed many Pakistani cities to develop a bit faster, but to catch up with the world, Pakistan Need cities which talks with Humans... City with underground Metro, No drive zones, Clean cities (for this I put all blame on Pakistani People), and next generation research concept. Without this, no body can imagine about developed region....

If you are expecting something out of this system to get clean automatically then.. Sorry to say, you r mistaken.. How a system will alow a person who can change the system on the top? So either that person is the part of system, or He can never come up... and in the end dissolve into the system..
