Who is responsible for this condition of muslims in india? if we lived together in India , muslim will be part of government and more prosper .

Now there would be 53+ crores of Muslims, 90+ crores of hindus(I think the number is exaggerated for reasons like politics and reservations). See how right wing parties got their *** kicked in India. If there are more muslims only better governance could have resulted. If we leave half of each population for right wing supporters, the other half secular support would have created a superb democracy.

Too much excavation into a possibility of past, the road not taken, only what could have happened.

Of Jinnah's 14 points, thanks ofrr the info, 13 is objectionable if we are talking of a merit based governance system. No guarantee on paper can be give of that sort on paper. Even in present India that kind of quota for certain communities happens unofficially by consensus.

4 and 11 are essentially reservations. Rest are natural but no country trying to build a secular system will accept. The definition will be lost if muslim-specific laws(not civil codes) are made. Moreover the stakes will come about naturally as democracy takes seat. So these special terms are result of paranoia.

SO the only problem is the federal structure. Unionists were suspicious about the loyalties of the proponents of these points I guess.

Both sides held suspicions about each others and resulted in our history.

Only thing I wonder is...
If 900 mil could not tyrannize 16 mil how caould they have tyrannized 53+ mil?


It is just a result of misunderstandings. I am not to judge the wisdom of the architects of our history. May be what they saw appeared so to them. But now what was done cannot be undone. Live with it.

Pakistan was built on concept of islamic state but shariah not implemented, Zia tried to make PA muslim army but musharaf again had taken PA towards secular army .We should move Pakistan towards Khalafat which is the real islamic system of government.

I'm always telling you this over and over, Pakistan was made for the minorities of South Asia escaping the tyranny of Hindus in India. So far in India's 6 decade history there have been 6 genocides of minorities. A rate of a genocide every decade.

Hindus, Sikhs and Christians are equal Pakistanis - nothing less, nothing more.

Gencides and distruction of babri mosque is sign of weakness,if muslims of sub continent lived together hindu extremist never think of genocide.

Yes all minorities have rights but majority dont have, NWFP assembly passed shariah law refused by supreme court of Pakistan.Why?

Dont blame Pakistanis for how Muslims are treated in India, they chose to stay with India in 1947 and took Indian Congress side over the Muslim League.

Now they should live with Hindus thats what they wanted.

We are Pakistanis and Pakistan is our homeland..not India.

Formula made for partition was wrong, now muslims of bangladesh and kashmir, and indian muslims are suffuring due to this formula.

Deoband ullema also advised Jinnah not to divide muslim into parts, they think islam has no danger from hindu majority.

Their vission was right , we have not implemented islam in Pakistan and further divide pakistan into two pices, Kashmir problem is still there and 160 Muslims living inside india dont have rights.

I think Fundamentlaist should apply for Indian Citizenship and then ask Indians to start Khilifat movement in India
