Well, internet cafes are there in every nook and corner in India too, but only in cities and towns, I am talking about common mass, I dont think it will surpass 10% In India, after all the majority of population still is in villages and hardly do they use net.

yeah and that 10% is also huge in numbers....... probably 120-140 million peoples

well according to this site........ 7.1% of peoples use internet in india and 10.6% use in Pakistan but i highly doubt these figures

This guy needs to be beaten up with Lashes/hunters 100 times a day....... and after 90 times forget the count and start from 0 again........ repeat this 4-5 times a day until he regrets........... or continue this procedure for 14 years so that he can realize what he has done to a poor child/girl

Hanging him to death is not the only solution of this problem

Well then My guess was optimistic of about 10%, while its only 7%. I don't know how the penetration can be increased.
