there was a scene in house in which a lady with vitc deficiency(diagnosed later) comes to hospital.....house checks her sensations with lighterD).
then she goes to tension pneumothorx
House puts a 16G needle straight in her chest after seeing the jugulars getting distended,the air escapes out,but to me it looks like fourth intercostal space.that too near the sternum and on the left.wow

well i have never seen it in books to put needle there.It's the second intercostal space ment for widebore cannula.Have you seen it.

well i have never seen anything wrong with the methods house applies till this happened.

Glad to hear that you are travelling to Singapore - I would love to visit it one day but the ticket to Singapore is very expensive so can't afford to go there for now
